I GO TO FRAME

'Don't go to the gym, go to Frame!' Was the idea at the centre of this project. The gym is not for everyone for a myriad of reasons. So Frame offers a multitude of classes to get everyone moving their bodies. This social campaign for boutique founded and based in London, Frame offers everyone something fun to get fit. 

WHO WE ARE 

We’re diverse, gender & age inclusive, focussed on everyday strength, not just outer strength. We’re body positive and if we do say so ourselves, we’re quite funny too.

Switched-on to what our Framers want and more importantly, what they need from us. We’re the people that KEEP YOU GOING even when you think you’re done. We can lift your mood up, get you pulse racing or calm you down, and everything in between.

When we talk to our audience we talk to them like they are just like us. We use our words to inspire but we aren’t pedalling the unreachable lifestyle. We’re real. Exercise and extra fries.

We want to give you a boost, offer support, turn the end of your long days in to energy-filled evenings, to move your body in whichever way you want, to start or end your day, week, month with a bang.

We are Frame and we are for everyBODY.
