A series of short video clips that delve into real runners’ everyday rituals.

Part education, part motivation and part entertainment: this isn't your normal 'how to' content but celebratory vignettes that give you a behind the scenes look at the weird and wonderful mantras of obsessive runners. This idea taps into the truth that when running becomes more than running it overlaps into ritual. As this will be a self shot brief we can allow our chosen runners to have a bit of fun with what they record and bring their personality to their ritual too.


The content will be broken down into three verticals; pre-run, mid-run and post-run, focusing on key rituals that happen during these moments.
